Explicitly requires vibe-coding skills and rapid prototyping using AI-assisted tools like Claude Code and Cursor for building and testing products.
About the Role
Build AI-first prototypes and practical products by rapidly turning client ideas and workflows into working apps, automations and dashboards using AI-assisted, no-code and low-code tools. Work with clients and internal teams to test, iterate and refine solutions through real-world feedback in a hybrid, client-facing role.
Role
You will act as a Vibe Coder / AI Product Builder, turning client problems, rough ideas and workflow opportunities into useful working products. This role focuses on rapid, AI-assisted prototyping and early product testing rather than traditional full-scale software engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support client conversations to understand goals, constraints and feasible deliverables.
- Convert rough ideas and workflows into AI-first mock-ups and working prototypes.
- Use modern AI coding tools, no-code/low-code platforms, APIs and AI-enabled systems to build apps, dashboards, forms, workflows, automations and assistants quickly.
- Present mock-ups and early versions to clients, explaining approach, scope and trade-offs.
- Test prototypes, identify bugs and usability issues, and coordinate fixes and retesting.
- Decide when to stop or pivot ideas that lack sufficient value.
- Hand more complex or approved products to development teams and stay involved during build and refinement.
- Create client-facing training materials: videos, guides and walkthroughs.
- Support minor fixes and iterative improvements after launch and work closely with consulting, delivery and development colleagues to maintain scope and progress.
Requirements
- Creative problem-solver who can turn rough ideas into practical solutions and work with incomplete specifications.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools to build useful outputs; evidence of created work (apps, websites, dashboards, bots, workflows, automations, prototypes or internal tools).
- Experience or confidence using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, no-code/low-code platforms and APIs.
- Strong people and communication skills, ability to build trust with clients and explain ideas and trade-offs to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to test thoroughly, notice issues early, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Commercial curiosity and a focus on product usefulness over technical novelty.
- Practical, organized and collaborative working style; comfortable receiving feedback and changing direction.
- Relevant experience in digital products, automation, consulting, customer success, QA, project delivery or technical support is useful but not essential.
Working pattern and hours
- 37.5 hours per week across five days (Monday to Friday).
- Core office hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00β15:00 (25 hours).
- Additional 12.5 flexible hours to be scheduled around core hours.
- Working hours may occasionally change for client meetings, presentations and launches.
Location & Remote
- Hybrid role with regular, agreed office days at the company premises in Meltham, West Yorkshire. Regular office attendance is required; the role is not suitable for fully remote working.
- Pay: Β£26,000.00βΒ£32,000.00 per year.
- Benefits: company pension and on-site parking.
