Role
As an Associate Relationship Manager, Launchpad EMEA you will represent Salesforce within the European startup and venture capital ecosystem, designing and scaling engagement programs that drive technical adoption of Salesforce platform capabilities for VC-backed startups. You will work closely with EMEA SMB sales leadership and the global Launchpad team to identify, prioritise, and support startups from accelerator to growth stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical engagement across the EMEA startup landscape: configure use cases, demonstrate Agentforce capabilities, and explain what Headless 360 and AgentExchange enable for founders.
- Own the EMEA Launchpad program pipeline end-to-end, building repeatable engagement programs and ensuring startups are engaged in a value-led way.
- Enable the EMEA sales organisation through enablement sessions and office hours to help sales leaders and account executives engage startups consistently.
- Build and host founder and ecosystem events across EMEA, including breakfasts, innovation centre events, and partner activations.
- Contribute to strategic portfolio reviews with data-driven insights on the European startup landscape.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building programs, processes, or products from scratch in early-stage, high-growth, or startup-adjacent environments.
- Technical fluency with platform configuration, AI-powered tools, and developer tooling; ability to hold credible technical conversations with founders and engineering teams.
- Direct experience working in or closely with the venture capital and startup ecosystem and an understanding of how VC-backed companies operate.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with a track record of working across sales, technical, and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in venture capital, enterprise software, startup ecosystem roles, business development, technical sales, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered solutions, vibe coding, or AI-assisted configuration tools and views on how they reshape startup operations.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and GTM tech stack for startups including Agentforce, AgentExchange, and Headless 360.
- Experience hosting or managing ecosystem events and founder communities across European markets.
