Role
Vibe Recruit is recruiting Production Operatives / Technicians for a leading global manufacturing business to join their growing team on the night shift.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly regulated, fast‑paced production environment, supporting the manufacture of innovative products used in medical and diagnostic settings.
Working hours: Night shift, 4 on 4 off, 7pm–7am.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment.
- Support production from printing through to packaging.
- Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- Accurately input and manage production data and batch records.
- Weigh, measure, and prepare raw materials.
- Carry out visual and instrument‑based quality inspections.
- Support inventory control and warehouse activities (FIFO, stock handling, shipping).
- Assist with product testing, sampling, and analysis.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping (5S/6S) and safety compliance.
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Technical teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or lab‑based environments (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
- Comfortable working with data systems and automated machinery.
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
- Good understanding of health & safety (COSHH/EHS) practices.
- Team player with strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
