Vibe Recruit is currently recruiting for a Complaint Data Analyst to join a leading global healthcare and manufacturing organisation based in Witney. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to play a key role in postmarket surveillance. You'll be responsible for identifying trends within customer complaint data, investigating potential product or process issues, and helping to ensure the highest standards of product quality and patient safety. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse complaint data to identify trends and recurring issues.
  • Investigate complaint trends using available data and supporting information.
  • Escalate findings where trends indicate potential product or process concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support investigations and continuous improvement activities.
  • Follow established Tracking & Trending procedures and Quality Management System requirements.
  • Complete all required training before undertaking tracking and trending responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure work is completed in line with company procedures and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret data and identify meaningful trends.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in data analysis, quality assurance, complaint handling, or postmarket surveillance.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, or life sciences.
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) or quality processes.
  • Knowledge of complaint investigations or product quality systems.
