As a Shift Leader you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. This role involves supervising 5/6 team members, coordinating tasks, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during the shift.
- Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor workflow and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with other shift leaders and management to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
