Vibe Recruit are working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded signage business in Brackley, who are looking to expand their production team with the addition of a Graphics Operative / Sign Maker. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, hands-on production environment where quality, precision, and teamwork are at the heart of everything they do.
The Role
As part of a busy and experienced production team, you will play a key role in the creation and installation of high-quality signage and vinyl graphics. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the chance to develop both your creative and technical skills. Deadlines can be tight and the pace is fast, but you’ll be supported by a collaborative team and a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and manipulating artwork using Adobe Illustrator
- Producing large format prints, signage, and graphics
- Laminating and mounting prints using machinery
- Operating vinyl cutting equipment
- Weeding and applying vinyl graphics
- Carrying out detailed hand-finishing work (including wrapping and scalpel work)
- Assisting with on-site installations
- Using trade tools to fit a variety of signage and graphics
- Maintaining equipment and machines as required
- Managing workload to meet production deadlines
- Monitoring stock levels and materials
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
About You
Previous experience in the signage industry is preferred.
