Competitive salary of £36,500-£48,000 OTE, depending on experience and hours Time-saved bonus scheme Life assurance 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service Manufacturer training and specialist EV training Clear progression routes into Master Technician and Diagnostic Specialist roles Long-service rewards and recognition Supportive team environment The Role As a Vehicle Technician, your responsibilities will include: Servicing, maintaining and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and EV-related faults Using technical information, wiring diagrams and manufacturer bulletins Completing job cards and repair documentation accurately Road-testing vehicles before and after repairs Delivering high-quality, first-time fixes to maximise customer satisfactionAbout You We're keen to hear from candidates who have: NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or an equivalent qualification Experience in vehicle servicing, mechanical repairs or diagnostics Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-focused approach Experience working in a franchised dealership or independent garage A full UK driving licence A genuine interest in developing their technical skills, particularly in EV technologyReady to Take the Next Step?
