Vibe Recruit is working on behalf of our client to recruit a Commercial Roofing & Cladding Technician to support reactive and planned maintenance across a commercial property portfolio.
The Role
- Carry out roof gutter cleaning, minor roofing repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
- Identify defects and report remedial recommendations
- Work to agreed service levels and scheduled works
- Complete job reports, timesheets and mileage logs via mobile systems
- Safely operate MEWPs and work at height
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, housekeeping and waste disposal
- Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota when required
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working at height (harness trained)
- IPAF qualification
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety and Permit to Work procedures
- Clean UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Desirable
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
This is a mobile role with a company vehicle provided, which must be kept clean and well maintained.
