Vibe Recruit are proud to be working with a global healthcare leader to recruit for a Quality Systems Support position within their Complaints Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company committed to improving lives through innovation and excellence. About the Role You\βll play a key role in supporting the Complaints Department, ensuring compliance with quality procedures and contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes. Working on a 4 on / 4 off continental day shift (7am β 7pm), you\βll investigate customer product returns, identify root causes, and support the development of effective and compliant quality systems. Key Responsibilities Conduct investigations on customer-returned products in accordance with site and divisional procedures Support the development, implementation, and enhancement of Quality Systems and processes Liaise professionally with global colleagues and Customer Service teams Troubleshoot and analyse product complaint data using electronic equipment and software applications Promote and adhere to Health & Safety standards, reporting improvements where identified Uphold the company\βs Code of Conduct in all communications and interactions About You Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance Experience in a technical, laboratory, or quality systems environment (medical devices experience advantageous) Excellent communication and organisational skills Confident using electronic systems and investigation tools Why Join?
