We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Production Team Leader to oversee a small team of Line Operators for a highly successful manufacturer in Port Talbot. This is a great opportunity to join as the company expand significantly into 2026.
A Production Team Leader you will:
Duties
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all machinery and equipment are operated safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations whilst also ensuring smooth handovers.
Conduct regular inspections of production machinery and equipment to make sure everything is running to an optimal level.
Organise training sessions for new staff or on new procedures to promote continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and quality control metrics.
