Our well-established pharmaceutical client based in Abingdon is currently seeking a Production Operative with FLT Counterbalance experience to join their growing team on a temporary basis. Due to continued rapid growth, this is an excellent time to become part of a successful and expanding business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating production vessels and supporting manufacturing processes
- Mixing, filling, and transferring products into smaller batches
- Testing and analysing manufactured products, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed
- Quality control of raw materials and finished products
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT to move, load, unload, and store stock safely
- Loading and moving stock into designated storage areas
- Ensuring products are stacked correctly and securely
- Completing daily FLT safety checks and maintaining equipment standards
- Maintaining accurate stock movement records and completing required paperwork
- General housekeeping of production and warehouse areas
- Assisting with other production or warehouse duties as required
- Following all health & safety and GMP procedures at all times
- Working collaboratively with production, warehouse, and logistics teams
About You:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, or warehouse environment
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- Good work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible approach to overtime when required
- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Working hours: 2pm - 10pm
- Pay rate: Β£14.38 ph
- Full training provided
