This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the automotive industry who is looking to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and growing company. As a Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts department, ensuring the efficient management of stock, and leading a small team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in ensuring that parts are readily available for customers, technicians, and service departments, while maintaining high standards of organization and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: – Supervise and lead a team of parts staff, providing guidance and support. – Manage stock levels and ensure timely ordering of parts to avoid shortages or overstocking. – Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts and accessories. – Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, deliveries, and orders. – Ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately, providing excellent service. – Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parts department. – Liaise with suppliers to source parts and negotiate prices. – Work closely with other departments, such as service and sales, to ensure a smooth flow of parts and materials.
