Vibe Recruit is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our client’s Operations team in Dundee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, experience working with ERP systems, and a keen eye for accuracy. You’ll play a vital role in supporting supply chain operations by processing job orders, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring operational activities are completed efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Process job orders and transactions accurately within the ERP system.
- Review ERP job orders to identify potential issues or barriers that could impact supply chain performance.
- Support the Labelling team with verification of set-up and print operations.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in line with Environmental, Health and Safety standards.
