Internal Sales Account Manager
Location: Blackwood, South Wales
Salary: £27,000 per annum + Quarterly Company Performance Bonus
Hours: 39 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Vibe Recruit is currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Internal Sales Account Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in Blackwood. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers, acting as a key point of contact.
- Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in line with agreed service levels.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, develop existing accounts and maximise profitability.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales information using Sage 200 and CRM systems.
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports and provide regular customer updates.
- Attend customer meetings and conference calls, resolving queries promptly and professionally.
- Work towards agreed sales targets, margins and customer service KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in internal sales, account management, sales coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of sales margins.
- A proactive, confident and solutions-focused approach.
- Good IT skills, with experience using CRM or sales order processing systems.
- Experience using Sage 200 would be advantageous.
- A positive, professional and results-driven attitude.
