Vibe Care are looking for Support Workers, who have experience with Children and Young People, to join our established team. Do you have experience as a Support Worker supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, autism & challenging behaviours? Have you got experience in supporting children and young people in a school or home environment? Are you motivated to make a difference to a young person's life?
We are seeking to register Support Workers who are:
- Experienced working with young people aged 10-19 years.
- Dedicated, caring & compassionate.
- Experienced with learning disabilities, autism & challenging behaviours.
- Ability to support in a school environment & residential homes.
- Proactively supporting with day to day tasks like cooking, shopping & cleaning.
- Assisting and encouraging with personal care.
- Able to be a team player and willing to learn.
- Able to record comprehensive daily records.
- Excellent with communication skills.
- Drivers preferred.
