Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 Location: Hybrid Working Vibe Recruit are working in partnership with our client to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to play a key role in supporting business performance through accurate reporting, process improvements and meaningful financial insight.

The successful candidate will provide dedicated finance support, working closely with operational teams to improve financial visibility, strengthen controls and support informed decision-making.

This role combines traditional management accounting responsibilities with a strong focus on improving processes, reporting, forecasting and efficiency.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys looking beyond the numbers, understanding the wider business and making a real impact.

Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, variance analysis and commentary.
