Vibe Recruit is partnering with a people-focused organisation in Cardiff to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a fast-paced contact centre environment supporting sales and customer service teams.
This role is ideal for a confident HR generalist who enjoys high-volume employee relations, works closely with managers, and can apply sound judgement in complex, grey-area situations while balancing business and people needs.
The Role
- You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, providing pragmatic, commercially aware advice to managers and employees.
- The role focuses heavily on absence management, performance, disciplinaries, grievances and wider ER casework, alongside coaching managers to build their confidence and capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support managers on all ER matters
- Manage HR cases fairly, legally and consistently
- Coach and train managers on HR best practice
- Build strong relationships and promote a positive workplace culture
- Support recruitment, onboarding, engagement initiatives and HR reporting
- Assist with policy updates and payroll processes where required
About You
- Proven HR Advisor/generalist experience
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
- Strong ER background in a fast-paced environment (contact centre ideal)
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law
- Pragmatic, organised and confident influencing managers
