Vibe Recruit is partnering with a people-focused organisation in Cardiff to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a fast-paced contact centre environment supporting sales and customer service teams.

This role is ideal for a confident HR generalist who enjoys high-volume employee relations, works closely with managers, and can apply sound judgement in complex, grey-area situations while balancing business and people needs.

The Role

  • You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, providing pragmatic, commercially aware advice to managers and employees.
  • The role focuses heavily on absence management, performance, disciplinaries, grievances and wider ER casework, alongside coaching managers to build their confidence and capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and support managers on all ER matters
  • Manage HR cases fairly, legally and consistently
  • Coach and train managers on HR best practice
  • Build strong relationships and promote a positive workplace culture
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, engagement initiatives and HR reporting
  • Assist with policy updates and payroll processes where required

About You

  • Proven HR Advisor/generalist experience
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
  • Strong ER background in a fast-paced environment (contact centre ideal)
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law
  • Pragmatic, organised and confident influencing managers
