Role Purpose

The HR Generalist is responsible for delivering a broad range of HR support, acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries. This role combines both administrative and advisory functions, providing essential support to employees and management alike. The HR Generalist will oversee HR documentation, assist in recruitment processes, foster positive employee relations, and ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies. Through these responsibilities, the HR Generalist will contribute to the effective management and continuous improvement of HR services within the organisation.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven track record in HR, covering recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
  • Experience handling conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Skilled in managing the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations.
  • Experience supporting organisational changes and communicating with employees.
  • Ability to assist in delivering training and development programs.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems for managing data and processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear, effective interactions.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, especially for HR-related issues.
  • High level of integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it.

The role is available on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
