As a Site Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all facilities on the Witney site. Responsibilities will be diverse and responsive, with no two days being the same. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can address a wide range of maintenance needs.
Responsibilities
- General Site Maintenance
- Performing minor repairs on building structures, including walls, doors, and windows.
- Conducting routine checks and light maintenance on plumbing and electrical systems.
- Installing and mounting various fixtures and equipment.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Maintenance Logging and Documentation
- Accurately logging and tracking all incoming maintenance requests.
- Maintaining a record of all maintenance logs to ensure a clear history of site upkeep.
- Responsive and Adaptable Problem‑Solving
- Manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously based on urgency and importance.
- Adapt to a constantly changing work environment and handle unexpected issues.
- Communicate effectively with staff and other departments to understand and address their maintenance needs.
