An opportunity now exists for a proactive and skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join one of the largest providers of commercial facilities, office complexes and warehousing solutions.

Duties will include planned and reactive maintenance across all buildings at various UK locations. The organisation is well established and fast-growing, with a strong presence across South Wales, the South of England and the Midlands, with ambitious plans for continued expansion.

Main Duties:

  • Carry out routine and reactive maintenance, inspections, and repairs
  • Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Work in accordance with safety standards, Permit to Work systems, and incident reporting procedures, maintaining safe, clean, and compliant working environments.
  • Accurately record completed work and associated costs using internal systems

Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified electrician with completed apprenticeship
  • Commercial or Industrial building experience
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Electrical Regulations certification
  • NICEIC Certificate
  • IPAF Training
  • CSCS card (Desirable)
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices, including risk assessments
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team

Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday (08:00-16:30)
