Vibe Recruit is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist to join a well-established global healthcare organisation based in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced call centre environment and providing professional support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide first-line customer service and technical support to healthcare professionals, patients, field personnel, and internal departments.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions using clear and detailed notes.
  • Prepare and process Field Contact Reports (FCRs) in line with company procedures.
  • Escalate product complaints and adverse events following established processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operating procedures, attendance standards, and data privacy requirements.
  • Maintain a positive, professional approach when communicating with customers and colleagues.
  • Work effectively within a supportive team while managing your workload efficiently.
  • Seek guidance from your supervisor when handling tasks outside your usual responsibilities.

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Confidence speaking with customers and resolving enquiries professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Good organisational and time management abilities.
  • Experience using computer systems and analytical software.
  • The ability to work well within a team in a busy and changing environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
