Customer Operations Administrator β Service & Warranty

Our client based in Cwmbran is seeking a Customer Operations Administrator to manage the full end-to-end RMA and warranty repair process. The role ensures customer returns are processed efficiently, repairs are tracked accurately, and clients receive clear and timely updates.
You will work closely with internal teams and Account Managers to coordinate global returns, ensure compliance with warranty terms, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and acknowledge customer RMAs.
Coordinate collections, shipments, and return deliveries (UK and international).
Issue repair quotations and invoices where applicable.
Communicate updates and delays to customers throughout the repair process.
Liaise with service teams to monitor repair progress and arrange disposal of unrepairable units.
Maintain accurate system records and documentation, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
Produce regular and ad-hoc service and warranty reports.
About You
Highly organised and process-driven.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset.
Confident working across departments and managing multiple priorities.
Skills & Experience
Solid administrative background.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of import/export processes is advantageous.
Salary
Β£24,570 per annum.
Hours of work
Monday β Thursday 7:30am-4pm
Friday β 7:30am-1pm
