Vibe Recruit are proud to be working with a global healthcare leader to recruit for a Quality Systems Support position within their Complaints Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company committed to improving lives through innovation and excellence.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting the Complaints Department, ensuring compliance with quality procedures and contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes. Working on a 4 on / 4 off continental night shift (7pm – 7am), you’ll investigate customer product returns, identify root causes, and support the development of effective and compliant quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations on customer-returned products in accordance with site and divisional procedures
- Support the development, implementation, and enhancement of Quality Systems and processes
- Liaise professionally with global colleagues and Customer Service teams
- Troubleshoot and analyse product complaint data using electronic equipment and software applications
- Promote and adhere to Health & Safety standards, reporting improvements where identified
- Uphold the company’s Code of Conduct in all communications and interactions
About You
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
- Experience in a technical, laboratory, or quality systems environment (medical devices experience advantageous)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident using electronic systems and investigation tools
