Vibe Recruit are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in Caerphilly. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a busy office environment. Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. TEMP TO PERM. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email in a professional and friendly manner. Process customer orders and requests accurately and efficiently. Provide updates to customers regarding orders, deliveries and queries. Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department when required. Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information on internal systems. Liaise with internal teams, including sales, logistics and operations, to resolve customer queries. Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records and complete general administrative duties.The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience in customer service, administration or a similar office-based role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A friendly, professional and helpful approach when dealing with customers. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
