Vibe Recruit are looking for Printing Machine Operator to work for our client in Blackwood.

Full time role.

Rotation of 3 shifts: Days 6am-2pm Afternoons 2pm-10pm and Nights 10pm-6am

Key Responsibilities

Check raw material specifications, including size, board type, grams per square metre and board supplier, to ensure they meet the requirements of the job.

Remove packaging from reels.

Load reels onto the machine using the automatic reel change system.

Unload reels from the rewinder system.

Manage SAP labelling and traceability.

Maintain effective waste management and housekeeping in line with 5S and BRC requirements.

Carry out quality control in accordance with existing procedures.

Participate in the company's TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Continuous Improvement programmes.

Support other team members within the Maintenance Department.

Take a proactive approach to Health & Safety, including completing daily guard-check documentation.

Training will be provided to support make-ready activities and consumables control, including plate changes, anilox changes, ink and varnish changes.
