Vibe Recruit are hiring Production Operators on behalf of a cutting-edge manufacturer based in Crumlin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company at the forefront of scientific innovation - one that truly values its people, invests in development, and offers real long-term career prospects.

All roles start on a 12-week probationary basis with Vibe Recruit, with a view to moving into permanent employment upon successful completion.

Shifts & Pay:

  • Pay: £13.20 per hour
  • Shift Pattern: Continental - working 7 out of 14 days (including weekends and occasional bank holidays)
  • Days: 7am - 7pm
  • Nights: 7pm - 7am
  • Flexibility across all shifts is essential
  • Due to location and hours, own transport is strongly recommended

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately packing products to specification
  • Conducting visual quality checks and inspections
  • Operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery
  • Labelling, documenting, and recording data correctly
  • Completing production sheets and job documentation
  • Adhering to strict health, safety, and quality standards in an ISO-accredited environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not essential
  • Strong work ethic and reliability for shift-based work
  • Right to work in the UK
