Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the workshop, managing a team, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing the daily operations of the automotive workshop. Supervise, motivate, and support a team of technicians and staff to ensure quality service and efficient operations. Ensure all work complies with safety and industry standards. Handle customer queries, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitor and manage stock levels, ordering parts and materials as needed. Assist in managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring KPIs are met. Support the management team with staff training, performance reviews, and team development. Contribute to creating a positive and productive working environment. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an automotive workshop or related field, with a passion for the industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A genuine interest in the automotive sector and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
