Vibe Recruit is partnering with one of the UK's most respected automotive parts manufacturers, and we’re on the lookout for dedicated Production Assembly Operatives to join their thriving team in Mamhilad. Shift Patterns:
- Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Competitive Pay Rates: £14.02 per hour (rising to £14.28 after 4 weeks based on performance and attendance)
Your Role Will Include:
- Assembling precision-engineered automotive braking components to exact specifications
- Conducting quality checks to ensure every part meets the highest standards
- Supporting seamless production by following safety and efficiency protocols
- Packing and preparing finished components for shipment
- Carrying out minor machinery adjustments and reporting any issues to the maintenance team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing (automotive experience is a plus, but not essential)
- Great attention to detail - quality is everything in this role
- Understanding of safe working practices in a factory environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit - able to be on your feet and handle moderate lifting
- Bonus: Experience using mechanical tools or systems (full training provided)
