Vibe Care Agency are seeking experienced Support Workers for our clients in Abingdon Oxfordshire. This is a flexible role, to fit around any other commitments you may have. *We are unable to offer sponsorship* We're looking for candidates who have experience in working in supported living settings, who have a caring and compassionate nature and enjoy working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex care & epilepsy. What we are looking for: Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism & complex needs Minimum 12 months experience working for a social care agency or 6 months in a permanent support role Excellent communication skills Experience supporting individuals displaying behaviours that may challenge Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Dedicated, honest and reliableMain responsibilities: Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical and learning disabilities, complex needs & autism. Providing companionship and emotional support to clients. Daily tasks may include supporting with personal care, meal preparation, daily tasks/ activities. Accompanying clients to medical appointments and social outings Monitor and report any changes in clients' behaviour or health conditions Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progressWhy should you join Vibe Care?
