Location: Crosskeys
Shift Pattern: 12.30 – 21.00 Monday to Friday
Type: Full-time, Permanent

As a Shift Leader you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. This role involves supervising 5/6 team members, coordinating tasks, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during the shift.

• Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.

• Monitor workflow and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.

• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.

• Communicate effectively with other shift leaders and management to ensure smooth transitions between shifts

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or production environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.
