We are currently recruiting for a Depot Manager to join an industry leading medical devices distributor in Swindon. This is a great opportunity to take control of a well functioning team in a modern, state of the art working environment with full support from Senior Management.
As Depot Manager you will:
- Use your leadership experience in a similar role / distribution to full advantage when managing a team of Depot Operatives and field based technicians
- Showcase your organisational skills when overseeing teams performing depot operations such as goods in, decontamination, repair, warehousing, goods out, delivery and installation
- Motivate the whole team to perform to targets and lead from example with regards to quality standards and work practices
- Plan rota's, manage recruitment, 1-2-1's, appraisals and return to works
- Have a continuous improvement mindset and a right first time approach
This is an exciting new, permanent position for a leading firm with 'Investors in People' Gold status.
