Sales Team Manager Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Team Manager, you\’ll be leading a team of telesales professionals, helping them grow, perform, and succeed. Your role is all about creating a high-energy, supportive environment where people are motivated to hit targets – and feel good doing it.

  • Lead and inspire your sales team to meet and beat performance targets.
  • Monitor call centre metrics and spot ways to improve both customer experience and team results.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and support to help each person be their best.
  • Keep a close eye on KPIs and use your know-how to drive consistent performance.
  • Use your commercial brain to suggest new ideas and improve how we do things.
