Sales Team Manager Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Team Manager, you\’ll be leading a team of telesales professionals, helping them grow, perform, and succeed. Your role is all about creating a high-energy, supportive environment where people are motivated to hit targets – and feel good doing it.
- Lead and inspire your sales team to meet and beat performance targets.
- Monitor call centre metrics and spot ways to improve both customer experience and team results.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and support to help each person be their best.
