Key Responsibilities
  • Administration and Systems
    • Learn how to use the SAP ERP system to support service operations.
    • Create customer quotations and sales orders under supervision.
    • Learn how to process orders accurately.
  • Customer Support
    • Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and welcoming manner.
    • Take ownership of customer requests, ensuring queries are handled efficiently or passed to the appropriate team member.
    • Communicate clearly with customers via phone and email.
  • Service Team Support
    • Provide general administrative support to the Service Office Manager and wider service team.
    • Learn and follow internal processes and procedures.
    • Assist with day-to-day office tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good IT skills using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.

  • Previous experience working in an office environment.

  • SAP experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
