As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all facilities on the Witney site. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can address a wide range of maintenance needs.
- General Site Maintenance: You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of hands-on maintenance tasks throughout the site, including performing minor repairs on building structures, conducting routine checks and light maintenance on plumbing and electrical systems, and responding promptly to maintenance requests.
- Maintenance Logging and Documentation: You will utilise the computerised maintenance management system to document all maintenance activities, accurately logging and tracking all incoming maintenance requests, and maintaining a record of all maintenance logs to ensure a clear history of site upkeep.
This is a highly responsive role where your daily duties will be dictated by the immediate needs of the site. You will need to communicate effectively with staff and other departments to understand and address their maintenance needs.
