The Junior Service Administrator position will provide an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career as an administrator, in a service/repair environment. The successful candidate will be supported and trained to learn how to use the company's SAP ERP system and carry out a wide range of administrative tasks that support the service team and customer operations.
This is a learning-focused role suited to an organised individual with good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities- Administration and Systems
- Learn how to use the SAP ERP system to support service operations.
- Create customer quotations and sales orders under supervision.
- Learn how to process orders accurately.
- Customer Support
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Take ownership of customer requests, ensuring queries are handled efficiently or passed to the appropriate team member.
- Communicate clearly with customers via phone and email.
- Service Team Support
- Provide general administrative support to the Service Office Manager and wider service team.
- Learn and follow internal processes and procedures.
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks as required.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good IT skills using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience working in an office environment.
- Experience of sales administration or dealing with customers via phone and email.
- SAP experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.

The position is based in a rural location in West Oxfordshire and having access to your own transport would be advisable.
