We are currently recruiting for
a Manual Grinding / Lathe Operator
to join an industry leading engineering firm in Cardiff.

This is a great opportunity to join as they begin to go through an impressive period of growth.

You will be responsible for machining parts to a high specification within specified tolerances.

Additional duties of the Manual Grinding / Lathe

Operator: Ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner in line with the daily/weekly manufacturing schedule.

Liaising with colleagues / other departments on a daily basis to make sure that parts are machined to plan and on time.

Main purpose of the role: Setting and running manual Lathes and Grinding machines Ensuring safety within the work area Meeting quality standards Liaising with other areas of the business as appropriate Operating other manual equipment This is a permanent role with great opportunities for additional earning and genuine career progression opportunities.
