An opportunity now exists for an Internal Sales Executive to join one of the largest providers of commercial storage facilities and warehousing solutions in the UK. The organisation is well established and fast-growing, with a strong presence across South Wales, the South of England and the Midlands, with ambitious plans for continued expansion.
Role Summary: A confident communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement is sought by the company who will be a proactive and driven Business Development Representative to help shape the future of the sales operation and contribute directly to the continued growth of this rapidly expanding business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving sales via high-volume outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, and making targeted cold calls to convert new audiences into long-term customers.
- Engaging leads through email and live chat, using persuasive, customer-focused messaging to convert quotes and boost retention.
- Proactively following up on enquiries, building rapport and maintaining momentum to exceed sales targets.
- Processing payments, ensuring accurate credit control and smooth customer transactions.
- Collaborating with Sales and General Managers, supporting campaigns, refining strategies, and helping the team achieve growth goals.
