£28k - £32k Depending on experience The Role We are looking for an experienced

Electronic Production Technician to join a growing production team.

You'll be responsible for assembling, testing and maintaining electronic products to a high standard, supporting the manufacture of quality equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Assemble electronic components, PCBs, wiring looms and control panels from engineering drawings.

Carry out soldering, cable preparation, crimping and mechanical assembly.

Build prototypes and support new product introductions.

Perform functional testing, fault finding and calibration of electronic assemblies.

Use a range of test equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes and power supplies.

Complete production records and quality documentation accurately.

Work to ISO 9001 standards, company procedures and health & safety requirements.

Maintain tools, equipment and a clean, organised work area.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with production planning when required.

What We're Looking For Previous experience in an electronics manufacturing or assembly environment.

Strong soldering and electronic assembly skills.

Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics.

Experience using electronic test equipment.

Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solving.

NVQ Level 2/3, BTEC or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (HNC/HND advantageous).
