Built on technical excellence and customer trust, an experienced Branch Manager or aspiring Assistant Manager is needed, to lead the team and drive business growth. The Branch Manager will be responsible for all operations and staff management on the site. Line management of reporting staff Dealing with customer enquires in person, over the phone and online Monitoring and managing stock levels Hands-on workshop role if and when required Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 08:30 - 17:00. One rota day off during the week for three out of four weeks and one Saturday off one week in four. Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant Manager within the automotive, fast-fit, or tyre retail sector. Strong technical background with solid knowledge of tyres, MOT testing standards, servicing, and repairs. Clear leadership capabilities with a track record of team development and performance management. Valid UK Driving License (Required).
