Site Manager Location: Newport Benefits: Company Van + Fuel Card Contract: Permanent, Full Time Vibe Recruit are working on behalf of an established organisation within the energy efficiency sector to recruit an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential energy retrofit projects in the Newport area. Manage and coordinate day-to-day site activities across retrofit projects. Supervise subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time and to the required quality standards. Oversee External Wall Insulation (EWI), roofing and structural repair works. Carry out regular site inspections and manage site documentation. Liaise with Project Managers, clients, suppliers and tenants. Coordinate toolbox talks, risk assessments, method statements and site inductions. Previous Site Management experience within energy retrofit projects. SMSTS qualification - essential. Full UK driving licence. Social housing/local authority experience would be advantageous. £40,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card
