A well-established, Banbury based business have an immediate need for a FLT operator with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join their experienced, friendly team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while also operating a counterbalance forklift to load, unload and organise stock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counterbalance Forklift Operation:
- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload goods
- Ensure that all goods are handled and stored properly to prevent damage.
- Follow health and safety guidelines when operating machinery to avoid accidents or injuries.
- Assist with manual handling of goods when necessary.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, including delivery notes, invoices, and returns.
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
- Ability to lift and move items manually
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
