Vibe Recruit is looking for a Finance Administrator to join our client in Newport. This is a temporary role supporting the finance team during a period of restructuring, with the possibility of an extension. £17.95 per hour, 15 hours per week, 3-month temporary contract.
The Role:
- Support the CFO and Commercial Recycling Team with a range of finance and administration duties, including:
- Raising invoices and credits
- Updating customer contracts and invoice schedules
- Processing service changes and cancellations
- Managing commercial bin stock and refundable deposits
- Preparing quarterly commission payments
- Supporting payroll preparation
- Providing general finance administration support
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a similar finance role (2+ years preferred)
- Qualified to minimum Level 3 AAT
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experienced with finance software (QuickBooks experience is an advantage)
- Highly organised and detail-focused
- Reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated
- A good communicator and team player
- Able to work independently when required
- A clean driver with access to a car
