We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive. As Field Sales Executive, you will be able to confidently adapt to a varied customer base to suit each individual customer. You will maximise every opportunity, converting enquiries into sales and furthering relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating customer appointments and prospecting to maximise sales in a challenging, target driven environment
  • Prospecting and qualifying leads before planning, booking and attending customer visits
  • Strategic planning, forecasting and pricing of all major works including price negotiations for all repeat works
  • Strategic overview of the current and ongoing market
  • Collaboration with other departments and divisions within the group
  • Account management with both new and existing clients
  • Maintain the customer database

Experience Required:

  • 2 years' experience in direct or B2B sales
  • Outgoing and presentable with the ability to instantly build strong customer relationships
  • Goal & results driven, with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the success of the company
  • Organised and self-motivated
  • Proven track record in achieving targets
  • Confidence to deal with decision makers
  • Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written, oral and communication skills
  • Computer literate
