We are currently recruiting for a Soldering / Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Cwmbran. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in soldering within a production or electronics environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out soldering work to a high standard while supporting general production activities and maintaining quality and safety procedures.
Shift: Monday-Thursday 07:00 - 16:30
Salary £13.52 per h
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out soldering tasks on electronic components and assemblies
- Work within a production environment following detailed instructions
- Ensure all work meets quality and industry standards
- Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow company health and safety procedures at all times
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
Requirements
- Previous soldering experience is essential
- Experience working in a manufacturing or electronics production environment
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow technical instructions and processes
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
