Job Role: As a Children\’s Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people aged 8-18 who may be experiencing a range of challenges, including emotional, behavioural, or social difficulties. Key Responsibilities: Provide Direct Support: Offer emotional and practical support to children, helping them to build confidence, resilience, and independence. Care Planning: Assist in developing and implementing personalized care plans, ensuring that each child\’s individual needs are met.
