Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs, requirements, and identify further sales opportunities
- Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information
- Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
- Building quotes using a CRM tool
- Researching for new leads
- Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
- Upselling products and services
- Working with channels/partners across the region
Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements
- Bilingual in English and at least one other European language (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, German, Swedish)
- Qualified to at least A-level, Bachelors is a nice to have
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and enjoy networking with people
- Some customer service, retail experience, or admin background
- Self driven with ability to work autonomously
- Able to use Excel or MS Dynamics
- Good time management and ability to plan activities
