Duties & Responsibilities:
- As one of our Inside Sales Representatives, you’ll be supporting our Aerospace and Defence team by selling company products, systems and/or services via telephone or email to customers in assigned territories.
- You’ll follow-up and qualify prospective customers (sales leads), and signpost them to the sales people for more detailed discussions.
- Ultimately you will be the potential customer's first point of contact.
- Whilst the core role will be administration based, over time we’ll help you to develop a good understanding of our technical products and enable you to progress a successful career within Sales.
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs, requirements, and identify further sales opportunities.
- Answering customers' questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information.
- Maintaining and improving the database of prospects.
- Building quotes using a CRM tool.
- Researching for new leads.
- Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.
- Upselling products and services.
- Working with channels/partners across the region.
Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and at least one other European language (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, German, Swedish).
- Qualified to at least A-level; Bachelor's is a nice to have.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and enjoy networking with people.
- Some customer service, retail experience, or admin background.
- Self-driven with ability to work autonomously.
- Able to use Excel or MS Dynamics.
- Good time management and ability to plan activities.
