An enthusiastic Customer Account Administrator with superior order processing skills to deliver the highest standard of Customer Service. Responsible for accurately processing large and complex customer sales orders in a busy and fast-paced environment within an expanding team. This role involves managing the day-to-day running of customer orders and dealing with all aspects of their processing and administration with the ability to develop and maintain good enquirer/stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately to agreed SLAs
  • Ensure orders are checked and correct in relation to product, price and expiry date
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders regarding any issues
  • Accurately process credits, debits and returns to agreed SLAs
  • Maintain price lists and price amendments accurately in SAP and Excel
  • Maintain computerised filing systems
  • Maintain clear, concise and detailed customer records
