About the Role
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be a key leader within the Product Analytics team, working closely with the Product Pod to drive product improvements through data, analytics, and insights. Your responsibilities include leading experimentation and A/B testing, analyzing funnel, feature, and cohort data, and providing insights that inform product changes.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics initiatives to identify opportunities for improving customer experience.
- Manage and analyze experiments and A/B tests, mentoring others in these processes.
- Create reports and insights to help the team understand product, customer, and commercial performance.
- Work with segmentation, cohorts, and customer understanding to guide product decisions.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in a related analytical role, such as Product Analyst, Data Scientist, CRO, or Digital Analyst.
- Bachelor\’s degree in a relevant field (maths, economics, engineering, statistics, computer science).
- Proficiency in SQL, A/B testing, Tableau/Looker, and Excel.
- Proactive leadership in analytics discussions and driving change.
- Experience with product analytics, funnel analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Critical thinking and ability to analyze facts objectively.
